Karen Slater - Support Manager
I have worked at STL for over 10 years and progressed to running the 30 strong client support team. My team are the first line for any user or client problems or concerns and it is critical we help them quickly and professionally

Garry Chambers - Senior Developer
I started at STL as a support technician in 1996 supporting various applications. After 2 years I moved into development where I have been involved in many projects for our criminal justice clients.
I now have over 10 years professional experience of IT development and the Magistrates' Courts business.
There are always opportunities for everyone at STL, either to move onto different projects or to learn new skills and technologies. I am currently a senior developer working primarily as an Oracle developer on the Libra project.

Tracey Bantoft - Project Support Analyst
I joined STL in March 2004 as a standing data administrator, since then I have had the opportunity to use my Business Analysis skills with a secondment into the Test team.
My current job is quite varied and involves supporting project managers, liaision for different contracts to progress work and ensuring the team achieves the client's objectives.
Outside of work I am learning to play golf and enjoy making handcrafted greetings cards.

Adam Bell - HR Officer
My role means that I deal with different issues each day. Be it writing contracts, updating the HR database or advising collegues on training or any other issues they may have. The best part of of the job is the variety it brings.
The most enjoyable aspect of STL is that the size of the company means there is always something happening but it is still small enough to ensure staff are not considered as 'just a number'.
