The Asylum Immigration Tribunal (AIT) utilises ARIA as its core Case Management system across all of its 90 Administration Sites and Hearing Centres and has approximately 2000 users dependent upon the system on a daily basis.
The system provides an essential service to the AIT by electronically recording, managing and supporting the key business processes, which surround the administration of appeals.
