AXIOM is the Case Management system developed by STL for the Isle of Man Courts of Justice. The system provides a complete service for the Isle of Man Courts by electronically recording, managing and supporting the key business processes, which surround the administration of the cases for all of the Isle of Man criminal and civil matters:

The key elements of this service are:

• Case Entry - entering case details prior to the initiation of proceedings
• Personal Identification Number - each defendant allocated a unique PIN to cross-reference multiple cases
• Case Details - includes full witness details, special needs and case notes
• Court Diary - Schedules hearing dates
• Rota - Manages judges' and magistrates' availability for future hearings
• Case Results - Flexible resulting facilities including in-court functionality
• Pleas - Retains a full auditable plea history
• Fine accounts - Creates, maintains and manages fine accounts and payment of fines by court users
• Cash Receipting - Receipts court fines, and monies against court fees, deeds registrations, births, deaths, marriages and land registrations
• Enforcement - Manages the enforcement process for the non-payment of court fines

The Isle of Man have through Axiom realised two significant benefits:
