An ability to take both experienced and inexperienced stakeholders through those tentative first steps of the systems development process. Beginning with the modelling of current and new business process to assist in the identification, verification and analysis of requirements, this collaboration continues with the ongoing management of requirements throughout the whole lifecycle;
Providing continuity throughout the lifecycle including development, testing, migration, training and documentation, establishing support services and deployment and reconciliation activities. The analysts will also support user acceptance tests, proof of concepts and pilots before the go live itself.
The business analysis team ensures that stakeholders can be fully involved with all user interface design work including screens, reports and specialist documents. This is achieved through small focus groups and prototyping sessions as well as larger facilitated workshops and presentations.
All client facing activities are supported by the production of comprehensive requirements catalogues, functional specifications and supporting deliverables.
