Our support service has 4 key objectives:

To achieve this we employ the best staff and tools at the STL Support Centre based in our Head Office in Suffolk.
End users with problems mean objectives 1&2 are in jeopardy; therefore quick access to our staff who can remedy problems via the phone or with direct access into a users system fix objective 1. The quality, speed and efficiency of our staff fix objective 2.
The STL Technologies Support Centre utilise case management software to track and audit Client problems and resolutions. Regular client reporting with recommendations on improvements ensures clients stay in control of process and budgets and we meet objective 3.
With ITIL process compliance and BSI Accreditation the overall quality of our support work and proven record in meeting objectives 1, 2 & 3 all lead to our clients meeting objective 4. A continuous reduction in the Total Cost Of Ownership of STL Technologies solutions.
